Before You Start.
- Make sure your SSD is compatible with PS5.
M.2 PCIE Gen4 x 4.
With Heatsink.
Capacity: 512GB/1TB/2TB/4TB.
Not all M.2 SSDs are compatible with PS5, if you are not sure you can ask the seller or choose the KingDian SSD 760PRO.

- A #1 Phillips screwdriver.
- Upgrade to the latest system and make sure to turn off the PS5.
Let's get started.

- Remove the cover by gently lifting and sliding it to the left side. Be careful not to force it and find the correct angle to remove it easily.

- Remove the screws with a #1 Phillips screwdriver and remove the extension cover.

- Remove the screw in the extension slots.

- Insert the M.2 SSD.

- Screw all the screws back in, as well as put on the extension cover.

- Put the cover back on and done.

- Format the SSD and start playing!
